How long is my estimate good for?
Due to the pricing volatility of the supply market, estimates are only good for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, estimates will need to be updated to reflect current market pricing.
BUILDING PACKAGES
Where do the materials for my building package come from?
We have a list of reputable suppliers in Montana that we acquire all of our materials from. While we have our regular suppliers, such as ProTech Steel in Billings, we desire to give our customers the product they want. If our suppliers do not have the styles, colors, etc. that you want, we can work with you to find the exact product you need. How will I get my building or corral package?
Any building or corral package will be delivered for free anywhere up to 100 miles from our office in Three Forks, MT. Anything further than 100 miles will have a small mileage fee.
SITE PLANS
What does the process for a custom site plan look like?
All custom site plans will start with an initial phone consultation and a site visit to follow. The first draft will then be completed and sent back to you for review through email or with an in-office visit. Each site plan allows for two complimentary revisions after the first draft. What if I need someone to build my project?

I am building the project myself. Will these packages include everything I need to put it together?
Absolutely! Our building packages are designed to include all materials you need to build your barn, corral system, or outbuilding. Once your package is delivered, you will have all materials to complete your project from beginning to end. Our building packages are perfect for someone looking to do it themselves or save money on the cost of labor.
